Located in an infill site along the busy Holloway Road this residential proposals uses a doubel skin facade to create a noise barrier and improved microclimate. Fresh air is drawn from the back of the site, tempered by the ground and fed into the double skin zone which also become amenity space to the flats behind.

The ground floor of the building has commercial uses to contribute to the pavement level streetscape.
