As part of the 4 Mastmaker Road residential development BMA considered numerous options for the masterplanning of the site. Each option was evaluated in relation to the needs of the client and the the emerging urbanism of the Millenium Quarter Masterplan for the wider area.

The study formed the basis of the final 4 Mastmaker Road scheme. Significantly the study identified key urban issues which the scheme addressed through its layout, massing, architecture and detailed design.
