The Psychotherapy and Counselling centre for icap in Finsbury Park is an extensive refurbishment of a Victorian three storey end of terrace building with extensions to the front and rear.

Brady Mallalieu designed the ground floor to make a new entrance area which balanced the need for privacy and sensitivity to those using the centre with urban concerns of addressing the street and allowing natural lighti into the rooms inside. New consulting rooms were added to the rear of the building. The new centre is discreet on the exterior and has bright and cheerful interiors.

Completed in November 2006 the centre was opened by President of Ireland Mary Mac Aleese
