Brady Mallalieu are working on a development of 24 flats and 10 houses for Foldgate Estates. The site is within the Highbury Fields Conservation Area and is one of the most outstanding residential sites in North London.

The new block facing Highbury Fields has 12 flats and is of the scale and massing to reflect the rhythm of it’s neighbouring Victorian Villas. Behind this block is a pair of smaller blocks providing a further 12 flats and in the depth of the site running down to Ronald’s Road at the rear of the site is a street of 10 detached houses. The position of this new roadway is governed by the railway tunnel, one of several which run below the site.
